Our Fitness Centre offers a fitness zone, a cardio zone, a functional and ABS zone and also group exercise within wellness programs (e.g. a weight reduction program or a backache relief program).
Spinning bikes, a treadmill, a rowing machine or a multi-functional exercise tower are an integral part of the fitness equipment. An experienced fitness instructor will advise you on the individual exercising steps.
SM-System of MUDr. Smisek
The SM-System of MUDr. Smisek is based on 25 years of clinical experience with this method for people with spinal pain in the lumbar, thoracic and cervical regions and for acute disc prolapse and scoliosis. Exercise according to this method is also of great importance in the prevention and treatment of major joint disorders - hip, knee, shoulder and leg arches. The method is also used by top athletes as a conditioning training to improve sports performance and prevent overload and degeneration of the spine and large joints.

- We will lend you smart watches for all types of entrances and permanents.
- You can buy permanents during opening hours in the Fitness center, at the Aquacentrareception. further by email sales@janskelazne.com, or by phone 499 860 303 (weekdays 7am-3pm).
- Spa clients through health insurance companies – 50% discount on the one-time entrance fee upon presentation of a patient ID.

- A parking lot by the pool is exclusively for guests and patients staying at our spa.
- Parking for visitors to the Aqua Centre is designated at the central car park situated near the cable car station or the Lesní dům parking lot.
